This infuser water bottle is really well made and of good quality. I love that it is BPA free which mean it is safe to be reused over and over again. Good for the environment and saves me a few bucks on buying bottled water. I use this in the office and in the gym because this 32OZ is the perfect size for someone who is constantly drinking water like me! Sometimes I put lemon, cucumber and mint in the infuser so that my water is nice and refreshing when I drink it. The infuser is also detachable and could be used like a regular water bottle.

This jump rope is great! I am impressed with the idea that it can be easily adjusted to the length I desires. This product is made of good quality, light, and can be used indoor or outdoors. I really like the design of the handles because the foam is really soft but at the same time I am able to get a real grip from it. I do jump ropes at home whenever I can't make it to the gym. It is a really good form of exercise because you are working out multiple parts of your body. I am so happy with this product!

Matcha

I love, love, love this Organic Matcha! Not only is it really good for your body, it tastes really good too! Matcha is filled with antioxidant, a substance that protects our bodies from harmful molecules and strengthen our ability to fight disease. There are so many ways to incorporate it in your diet. Personally, I like adding my daily scoop in my morning smoothie as a healthier alternative to coffee. Since Matcha is caffeinated, I would not recommend drinking it at night if you are sensitive to caffeine like me.

SYSTEM Knife Sharpener

This knife sharper is really easy to use.  It comes with two grinding wheels, coarse and fine. It is recommended that you run your knife 3-5 times on coarse and then on fine to get the knife sharpened. These steps are to be repeated until you get the sharpness you'd like.  I haven't sharpened my knives for a long time, so my knife was still pretty dull after the first attempt.  I repeated the process 3 times, and although the knives are still not as sharp as to my liking, it was a lot sharper than before.  I think this sharpener is great for metal knifes, I would NOT recommend using a ceramic knife on this sharpener. 

Essential Lemon Oil

There are so many uses for this essential oil. I love adding it to homemade cleaning products because it makes everything smell so clean and fresh. It works great on removing stubborn grease stains and unpleasant odors as well. Put 2-3 drops of the oil on the grease stain and let it sit for a few minutes. The stain should come right off when you wipe it down with a towel. To get rid of bad odors in garbage bins, I would put 2-3 drops in the bin and fill it half full with water. Midori Spring's Ceremonial Gold Matcha is so creamy and smooth! I recently started to incorporate matcha into my diet because of all the great benefits it has to offer. I thought I'll share a few things from what I've learned in my research.
